About Yash Nature Resort
Dhoores is a small coral island within Dhaalu Atoll, resting on a shallow reef platform surrounded by lagoon waters. Like many Maldivian islands, it formed through the gradual accumulation of coral sand and reef debris. Historically the island would have been used occasionally by fishers or for coconuts rather than permanent settlement. The surrounding reefs support typical atoll marine habitats.
