Anemone Thila

Anemone Thila is a designated Marine Protected Area located near Kuredu in Lhaviyani Atoll. Known for its dense cover of sea anemones and resident clownfish, it is a vibrant submerged reef feature (thila) popular with divers. The site supports a wide range of marine life including moray eels, cleaner shrimp, and reef fish, making it an important ecological zone and a key biodiversity hotspot in the atoll.
