Hans Hass Place (Gulhi Falhu)

Hans Hass Place, located near Gulhi, is named in honor of marine biologist Hans Hass. The reef extends over a 10.78-hectare zone with rich coral formations and moderate current exposure. Reef fish such as snappers, parrotfish, and angelfish are commonly seen here. The site features both sandy and coral-covered slopes and is accessible by short boat rides from nearby islands. The reef has historically been included in marine surveys and is recognized for its clear water and healthy coral communities.
