The terms that apply when you order from Malamathi

Orders & Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency listed on each item. The total amount you will pay is shown on the checkout page before you place your order. By placing an order you confirm that the details you provide are accurate.

Payment

You can pay by bank transfer to our Bank of Maldives (BML) account or, where offered, by card through the secure BML payment page. Card payments are processed by BML; Malamathi does not see or store your card details.

Delivery

Digital items become available to download from your order page once payment is confirmed. Physical items are shipped after payment is confirmed, and we will contact you to arrange delivery.

Refunds & Your Privacy

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. The information you give us is handled under our Privacy Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Keep Your Records

We recommend that you keep a copy of your transaction records, including your order page and payment receipt, together with a copy of these terms and our policies.
