About Dhigali
Dhigali is a long, forested island in North Maalhosmadulu Atoll, edged by natural white beaches and shallow coral lagoons. While now occupied by a resort, its core remains ecologically rich, with old coastal vegetation and nesting grounds for seabirds. Just southeast lies Meedhoo, the nearest inhabited island. The surrounding waters are home to fragile reef systems, including Labyrinth, a nearby dive site with complex coral structures that support reef sharks, rays, and schooling fish.
