Vilin’gilimathidhahuraa, located at 4°22′39″N and 73°39′49″E in North Malé Atoll, spans approximately 17.8 hectares. This elongated reef island is fringed by a wide lagoon and coral reef system that supports diverse marine life. The western side features sandy beaches, while the interior has been reshaped for tourism infrastructure under the Kuda Villingili Resort. Despite development, the island remains ecologically significant, with live reef zones and seagrass patches offering critical habitat and coastal protection.
