About Medhufinolhu
Medhufinolhu spans 54.21 hectares and features elongated white beaches, calm lagoons, and surrounding coral reefs ideal for snorkeling. Located in North Malé Atoll, its reef edges provide habitat for reef fish and occasional reef sharks. Though currently developed, parts of the island retain natural vegetation and shoreline ecosystems. Its long, tapering form gives it excellent beach continuity and lagoon access, making it suitable for tourism and marine studies alike.
