About Kurehdhoo
Kuredu, is one of the largest natural islands in Lhaviyani, Kuredu was once used for coconut cultivation and temporary settlement before tourism began. The long lagoon and sandbanks around it provide feeding grounds for rays and juvenile blacktip sharks. The inland vegetation shows traces of old coconut groves interspersed with ironwood trees.
